How long have you been in business?
Our company, Scholfield Realty, Inc., has been in business since 1956. My husband and I have owned it since 1987.
What is your primary product or service?
We list and sell single family homes, condos, mobile homes, duplexes. We also have a full time Property Manager for Annual and Seasonal rentals.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My husband and I both have been in sales all our lives. He was an insurance agent for Prudential for 17 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are locally owned and operated. Decisions are made locally. We believe in keeping our money where we make our living by using local vendors in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. We are active in our local community through service clubs such as Kiwanis, Pilot Club, and our church.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We one location

We have National Designations such as Certified Residential Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, CRS 111, Short Sales and Foreclosures Designation. Women's Council of REALTORS.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours 9:00 to 5:00 PM weekdays. Our phones are answered 24/7 after hours.
