fired us without notice by leaving a final bill with above normal charges and an insulting letter. Claimed we were not considerate of her time and treated her like help. Stay away unless you want to deal with a temper mental personality.

What the client that left a negative review failed to mention was that the 'higher than normal fee' was the holiday rate. This was a Thanksgiving booking. Fired without notice, what notice would they expect? I provided the care they requested and left the invoice and termination at my last visit. Thanksgiving night, as I was driving down their street for my visit, I got a text that they were home and did not need me. I later learned they had been home all day and knew they did not need care but they did not notify me until it was time for my arrival. I had many pets waiting on me being a holiday, this was a huge waste of my time and it was very disrespectful knowing my extremely busy holiday schedule. Other client pets were waiting on me and could have been visited sooner had I not wasted my time driving to their home . This is why they were terminated. This is a usual pattern for them. It is most unfortunate that they felt it necessary to write a negative review after the over 2 years of exceptional care they and their pets have received.
