How long have you been in business?
Employers Resources Plus began in 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
Human Resource Consulting, Payroll, Background Screening, Drug Screening. We offer low cost high quality payroll software that includes 24/7 access for employers and employees. Business owners need access to employee data in order to make better business decisions. Our payroll includes all the tools employers of any size may need to better manage their workforce.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Having been a HR Professional for many years, after working in the Employee Leasing industry (PEO) for over 15 years, I saw the need that small business owners have to obtain fast, affordable advice on employment issues. I have been SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certified since 2004 and recently obtained my SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are an On-Call, Mobile, On-Site HR service. We provide services only as our clients need them. There are no contracts to sign.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location covering the state of Florida.
What type of payments do you accept?
We bill our clients on a monthly basis.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Susan T. Howard, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is our owner and handles the daily operations of our business.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Other hours may be coordinated as needed by client

That we listen to the clients need and help them make sound decisions which help them minimize their employment law liability.
